457 Visa Health Insurance Increases Due This Month

The month of March marks the increase in health insurance premiums across Australia. While the Federal Government has approved an average increase of 5.6 per cent nationally, many health insurance are taking the opportunity to increase their fees even higher. Moreover, many of these providers are withholding details of percentage increases from the public, including loyal members, until the April 1 when price changes will become active.

One notable exception to the above is IMAN, a subsidiary of nib and trusted company with over 30 years of experience in the industry. IMAN specialises in health plans for 457 Visa holders and their families.

457 Visa Price Rise

IMAN’s expected price rise sits at approx 5%, in keeping with the Government’s approved average increase. Knowing that migrating overseas can be difficult enough without extra financial obstacles, IMAN has prioritised the needs of its members, keeping premiums as consistent as possible in a competitive industry.

In addition to this IMAN has maintained transparency with its members, communicating the expected price changes to their policies from the earliest possible stages. Various lines of communication were employed to ensure existing and potential members were well informed, and that relevant changes were made publicly accessible.

Such company integrity, honesty and consideration for customers demonstrates the reason why IMAN is the preferred health insurance provider for temporary residents and 457 Visa holders.
